$150 MILLION EXPANSION AT SUN RIVERS

The Cambri Development Group has purchased the Sun Rivers Village Centre lands and will market and build this next phase of development. The Village Centre includes a vibrant mix of 400 – 450 residential condominiums, boutique shops, retail services, professional/office space and community amenities. Construction of the Sun Rivers Village Centre will commence in 2008.
Valued at $150 million at build out, this next phase of construction will boost the Kamloops’ regional economy over the next several years as buyers choose Kamloops and Sun Rivers as their new address.
