today that Sun Rivers has been recognized once again for environmental
excellence. The Canadian Home Builders Association of British Columbia
has selected Sun Rivers Development Corporation as a Silver Georgie Award
Finalist for "Outstanding Consideration to Environmental Awareness".

it to a ground source heat pump. Through a process of vapor compression
the underground temperatures of 45 to 55 degrees F are converted to comfortable
indoor temperatures. In the summer the process is simply reversed. One
system heats and cools.
