Located 5 minutes from Kamloops in BC's Interior, SUN RIVERS is easily accessible by car:

• 3 1/2 hours from Vancouver on the Coquihalla Hwy.
  
• 5 hours from Seattle.
  
• 6 1/2 hours from Banff on the famous Trans Canada Hwy.

AIR TRAVEL

Serviced by Air Canada, West Jet and Horizon Air, as well as regular shuttles from other resorts in British Columbia. Sun Rivers is only 45 minutes to world-class skiing at Sun Peaks. From Vancouver:
Take TRANS-CANADA HWY 1 eastbound from Vancouver. Choose the COQUIHALLA HIGHWAY to Kamloops. Approx. 3 1/4 - 3 1/2 hours. Once in Kamloops, take the HWY 5 EXIT northbound to Jasper. Turn right at the first set of lights on the far side of the bridge. There is a directional sign for Sun Rivers here. Proceed along this two-lane road until you come to the large entry sign on the left hand side of the road.

From Seattle:
Take the I-5 NORTH to Bellingham. Exit on MERIDIAN STREET, heading east and north towards the Sumas border. Cross the border into Canada at Sumas and take the TRANS-CANADA HWY 1 eastbound for Hope. Please bring 2 peices of identity papers to get easily through Canadian Customs. After Hope, you will be given the option of three highways: Choose the COQUIHALLA HWY to Kamloops. Approx. 2 1/2 hours Once in Kamloops, take the HWY 5 exit northbound to Jasper. Turn right at the first set of lights on the far side of the bridge. There is a directional sign for Sun Rivers here. Proceed along this two-lane road until you come to the large entry sign on the left hand side of the road.

From Calgary:
Take the Trans Canada HWY east across the scenic Rogers Pass. Pass through Revelstoke and continue to Salmon Arm and on to Kamloops. Approx. 7 1/2 - 8 hours. Once in Kamloops, take the HWY 5 exit northbound to Jasper. Turn right at the first set of lights on the far side of the bridge. There is a directional sign for Sun Rivers here. Proceed along this two-lane road until you come to the large entry sign on the left hand side of the road.
